I worked with the American Association of University Women (AAUW) to help advertise their pop-up art show, Pay What You're Paid. The idea behind the show was to have local artists sell work, and have men pay the full 100%, and women pay around 75%, to represent the wage gap. These particular advertisements went up on Purdue University's campus. 
The above sketch became the skeleton for the final digitized lettering.
The poster went through multiple different color iterations before a final composition was approved for print.
The final poster design was distributed around Purdue's campus (see below photos).
